Links 'Til The Cows Come Home

I just spent the afternoon battling the neighbor’s climbing rose — which has been consumed by morning glory and blackberry, and is descending with dark intent into my yard. I did it with my mom. It was great, even though we got stickered multiple times. The tone of each of our voices when we sticker-prick yelp is about the same. Now I’m looking across the room at all the empty chip bags my brother has left around. Yesterday when he tried to hug me I straight up punched him in the sternum (lovingly). A lot of family dynamics change when you get older but some? They still the same forever.
