My husband and I saw the sign at Buc-cees just recently, and the salaries have gone up. Both of us joked "Maybe we should quit our jobs and work at Bus-cees" because manager salaries are currently higher than what either of us make. He's a commercial real estate agent and I'm a freelance writer and photographer.
