How did you get better at this? I have noticed a similar tendency in myself. It also looks like being very sleepy on the couch while I’m reading my book, but then when I get into bed, my brain goes, “Right, time to think about all the ways you’ve screwed up your life!” And I get so wound up that I lie awake thinking for hours. How did you break the cycle?
