Coming back here to say that I made this yesterday (without meatballs), and it was the lowest-effort meal I have made in at least a decade: pinchofyum.com/creamy-b…. I was literally staring at the casserole dish as it was going in the oven thinking, "that's it? Did i miss anything?" It was good and cozy, especially for this time of year.
